Kelly Osbourne has left E! Fashion Police following Zendaya dreadlocks racism row
Catchup News can confirm that after gossip has been circulating for months, 30-year-old Fashion Police presenter Kelly Osbourne is to exit the show. It is said to have been in the works at the talk show ever since former Fashion Police anchor Joan Rivers suddenly died last September.
Officials for E! revealed Kelly has indeed chosen to exit the programme on Friday. "Kelly Osbourne is departing E!'s Fashion Police to pursue other opportunities, and we would like to thank her for her many contributions to the series over the past five years, during which time the show became a hit with viewers," the network wrote in a statement to Us Weekly magazine. Which sounds a lot like “she tweeted stuff we didn’t like and now she’s outta here.”
It is rumoured that reality star Khloé Kardashian is in talks to take on Kelly’s former role, but E! has declined to provide confirmation on whether this is true or not. It is thought the network is taking further steps to ensure that no one with any opinions should be allowed to grace the programme ever again. Rancic smiles on, unblinkingly.
